线性工程线路长,跨越区域多,地质地貌条件复杂多样,导致水土流失的因素多,进行水土保持监测的难度大,任务重。通过陕西省线性生产建设项目监测实践,探讨一种科学、合理的水土保持监测思路,及时反映监测工程建设和运行各个阶段的水土流失情况及水土保持措施实施后的防治效果,为生产建设项目水土流失预测、防治措施布设和管理提供可靠依据。 Linear engineering lines are long and span more areas, with complex and diverse geological and geomorphological conditions, and many factors leading to water and soil loss. It is very difficult and heavy for monitoring soil and water conservation. Through the monitoring practice of the project of linear production and construction in Shaanxi Province, this paper discusses a scientific and reasonable soil and water conservation monitoring mentality to timely reflect the water and soil loss in various stages of construction and operation of monitoring projects and the prevention and control effects after the implementation of soil and water conservation measures. Loss prediction, prevention and control measures to provide a reliable basis and management.
