用心阻抗法同步描记了40名男性青年学生和40名男性运动员,在50W和150W荷重踏车运动前、运动后即刻及恢复各时程(30″、1′,2′、3′、5′)的心电,心音、心阻抗(△Z)及其一阶导数图(dz/dt)。经测算:1)给出了坐位状态下SV、CO等指标的常数值。2)在荷重状态下,“运动员组”心搏指数的增加高于“学生组”,而心率的增加则低于“学生组”。3)心脏指数的恢复速度随荷重增加而减慢,在150W荷重下“运动员组”的恢复速度远较“学生组”为快。提示系统训练能增加心脏潜力、提高循环系统的工作效率。
Simultaneously, 40 male and 40 male athletes were enrolled in this study by heart impedance method.
