结构服务于内容,学校治理结构服务于学校的办学内容。因此,一所学校在其办学内容不断彰显为一种教育品牌的时候,其内部必有一种助其品牌发展的治理结构为之服务。而当一所学校从一般走向优秀,成为品牌教育的过程中,其内部的最大阵痛与动力可能正是学校治理结构的变革。北京育英学校近些年来通过变革学校治理结构,实现了学校的再次发展,形成了“育·英教育”品牌系统。这一过程有力地诠释了学校治理结构变革对品牌学校发展的助力作用。
