榆林气田的集输管道既存在溶解O2、H2S、CO2、Cl-、流体冲击等多种类型内腐蚀,同时也存在由机械损伤、外防腐层剥落等原因造成管体发生溶解O2、电化学腐蚀的外腐蚀。随着开发年限的增长,腐蚀程度呈增长趋势,存在较大的安全隐患。本文首先确定腐蚀类型,其次对各类腐蚀特征逐项进行分析评价,对不同腐蚀因素造成的管道腐蚀进行梳理。提出相应切实可行的配套腐蚀防护措施进行治理,有效地控制了集输管道腐蚀情况。

In this paper, we first determine the type of corrosion, followed by analysis and evaluation of various types of corrosion characteristics one by one, to sort out the pipeline corrosion caused by different corrosion factors. Put forward the corresponding practical and feasible corrosion protection measures for governance, effectively control the corrosion of gathering pipelines.
