目的：介绍测定抗高血压药对高血压靶器官功能影响的方法，为抗高血压药的评价提供参考。方法：检索基础研究和临床研究的文献，综述对高血压靶器官损伤有意义的功能评价方法。结果：这些方法是测定血压波动性、血压昼夜节律、压力感受反射敏感性和心率变异性。结论：这些方法的共性是与自主神经功能有关，都能在一定程度上预测抗高血压药对高血压靶器官的影响。
Objective: To introduce the method to determine the effect of antihypertensives on the target organ function of hypertensive patients, and to provide a reference for the evaluation of antihypertensives. Methods: The literature of basic research and clinical research was searched, and the functional evaluation method of significance for target organ damage in hypertension was reviewed. Results: These methods measure blood pressure variability, blood pressure circadian rhythm, baroreflex sensitivity and heart rate variability. CONCLUSION: The commonalities of these methods are related to autonomic nervous functions, which can all predict the effect of antihypertensive drugs on target organs of high blood pressure to a certain extent.
