对52个马铃薯新品种(系)进行了硫、铁、铜、锰、硒、蛋白质、Vc含量的测定,并用多态性信息含量法对测定结果进行了分析。结果表明,PIC值由大到小顺序为铁(0.786)>维生素C(0.707)>锰(0.679)>蛋白质(0.643)>铜(0.638)>硫(0.598),表明不同品种(系)马铃薯铁含量的多态性信息最丰富;变异系数由大到小顺序为维生素C(41.56%)>锰(25.92%)>铁(25.36%)>铜(22.28%)>硫(16.35%)>蛋白质(15.93%),表明通过杂交更容易选育出块茎Vc含量高的品种;紫云一号、S03-3349,S03-3417等3个品种(系)在多个指标上优于或接近合作88(CK1),为具有较高营养价值的马铃薯新品种(系)。
The determination of sulfur, iron, copper, manganese, selenium, protein and Vc content in 52 new potato varieties (lines) was carried out. The results of the assay were analyzed by using the information content of polymorphism. The results showed that the order of PIC value was (0.786)> vitamin C (0.707)> manganese (0.679)> protein (0.643)> copper (0.638)> sulfur (41.56%)> manganese (25.92%)> iron (25.36%)> copper (22.28%)> sulfur (16.35%)> protein 15.93%), indicating that it is easier to breed high varieties with high Vc content by crossbreeding; three varieties (lines) of Ziyun No.1, S03-3349, S03-3417 are superior to or close to the cooperation on multiple indicators 88 CK1), which is a new potato variety (line) with higher nutritional value.
