找院自1988年～1997年共收治闭合性肾损伤38例．均经B超、IVU证实。认为在基层医院．B超、IVU诊断闭合性肾损伤，能取得满意的结果．为治疗方案的选择提供依据。现分析如下。1临床资料11一般资料本组38例均为我院患者．严重多脏器损伤伴有休克死亡或转送外院者未收入。38例中． Looking for hospital since 1988 to 1997 were treated closed kidney injury in 38 cases.
