当前,作为科学发展观的核心,“以人为本”也成为了重要的建军治军理念,逐渐深入广大官兵的内心。然而,由于部分人对“以人为本”的内涵存在理解上的偏差,实践中发生了走调变味的情形,出现了不少负面效应。因此,在部队管理和建设中倡导“以人为本”应澄清一些模糊认识,谨防走入几个误区。 At present, as the core of the scientific concept of development, “people-oriented ” has also become an important idea of ​​building the military and governing the military and gradually deepening the hearts of the vast numbers of officers and soldiers.
