清代的宮廷音樂是一個氣勢恢弘、海納百川、融匯四方的多元文化系統。在這一文化系統中,蒙古音樂佔有非常突出的地位。而蒙古音樂之滲透於清廷,更與滿人在清政府建立前後與蒙古民族由衝突走向和諧、由戰爭走向和平乃至互相融合的複雜歷史過程有密切關係。乾隆皇帝愛新覺羅·弘曆(1711~1799)蒙古樂詩的創作,既是清廷崇尚蒙古音樂的反映,也與其自身的音樂修養和審美情趣
The court music of the Qing Dynasty is a multi-cultural system with magnificent, inclusive and harmonious quarters. In this cultural system, Mongolian music has a very prominent position. However, Mongolian music infiltrated into the Qing court and even more closely related to the complicated historical process of the Mongolian nation from conflict to harmony and from war to peace and integration before and after the Qing government was established.
