在幼儿园日常教学中,我们经常会看到这样的一幕:当教师精心设计好了教案、制作了教具,准备开展教学活动时,却突然会被一些“小插曲”所打断。教师们常常会被这些“小插曲”弄得不知所措,尤其是当孩子的表现或突发的事件背离了教师预设的思路时,教师们更是不知该如何是好,有一些教师甚至还会认为这些“小插曲”是“捣蛋鬼们”故意在和自己过不去。作为教师,我也曾经被这样的问题困扰过,但在一次偶发事件中,我却深深感到:作为一名幼儿教师,我们应该站在孩子的角度来思考问题,理解他们的需要、尊
In the daily teaching of kindergarten, we often see such a scene: When the teacher carefully designed the lesson plan, produced the teaching aids and prepared to carry out the teaching activities, they were suddenly interrupted by some “vignettes.” Teachers often get overwhelmed by these “vignettes”, especially when the children’s performance or unexpected events deviate from the preconceived notions of teachers. Teachers even do not know what to do and some Teachers even think these “vignettes” are “rascals” and deliberately get along with themselves.
