对１４８例甲型肝炎患者和１５０例正常人血清进行类风湿因子检测的结果表明，甲型肝炎患者血清类风湿因子的阳性率明显高于正常人。本文并就甲型肝炎患者类风湿因子产生机理进行初步观察和探讨。
The results of the tests of rheumatoid factor in 148 patients with hepatitis A and 150 normal people showed that the positive rate of serum rheumatoid factor in patients with hepatitis A was significantly higher than that in normal people.
