传统中小学教师研修模式的问题主要表现为散兵游勇、低效重复、培训者的素质参差不齐、不切合一线教学实践等,而“草根”研修作为一种新兴的中小学教师教研模式,则显现出其独有特质。由组“队”、寻“根”、探“魂”、撒“果”四环节构成的“草根”研修操作路径,凸显了革新教师教育思想、构筑研修共同体、形成教师元文化框架体系、推进教师专业发展的愿景。
