益肺宣肺降浊方对血管性痴呆大鼠脑内iNOS及HO-1的影响

目的:观察益肺宣肺降浊方对血管性痴呆大鼠脑内诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)及血红素氧化酶(HO-1)表达的影响。方法:随机将大鼠分为5组:空白对照组、假手术组、模型组、尼膜同组、益肺宣肺降浊中药组,除空白对照组外,余采用高脂血症合并永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎术(2VO)制备血管性痴呆模型,采用酶活性测定方法检测iNOS及HO-1的表达水平。结果:假手术组的iNOS活性及HO-1蛋白表达与模型组比较,有明显差异(P<0.05);益肺宣肺降浊中药组、尼膜同组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);假手术组的iNOS活性及HO-1蛋白表达高于正常组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肺宣肺浊中药能抑制血管性痴呆大鼠脑内iNOS及HO-1,改善大鼠的学习及记忆能力。 Objective: To observe the effects of Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Recipe on expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and heme oxygenase (HO-1) in the brain of vascular dementia rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, sham operation group, model group, nimotome group, Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Chinese medicine group, except for the blank control group, I use hyperlipidemia combined with permanent Vascular dementia model was induced by bilateral common carotid artery ligation (2VO), and the expression of iNOS and HO-1 was detected by enzymatic activity assay. Results: iNOS activity and HO-1 protein expression in sham-operation group were significantly different from those in model group (P <0.05). There was significant difference between Yifeng Xuanfei Jiangzhuo group and nimotome group in model group <0.05). The iNOS activity and HO-1 protein expression in sham operation group were higher than those in normal group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Yifei Xuanfei Turkeys can inhibit iNOS and HO-1 in the brain of vascular dementia rats and improve the learning and memory abilities in rats.
