本文认为员工持股制度对于我国经济和社会发展有重大意义,现阶段应不断规范和发展。在企业层面,本文认为员工持股比例、员工认股资金来源和持股员工的股权行使问题是企业应该重点注意并加以解决的问题。在政府层面,本文认为加快立法和提供相应政策支持是政府为加快我国员工持股制度的规范和发展应采取的措施。
This article holds that the employee shareholding system is of great significance to the economic and social development of our country and should be constantly regulated and developed at this stage. At the enterprise level, this paper argues that the issue of the shareholding of employees, the source of funds for employee stock rights and the exercise of the shareholding of employees holding shares is a problem that enterprises should pay attention to and solve. At the government level, this paper argues that speeding up the legislation and providing corresponding policy support are the measures that the government should take to speed up the regulation and development of the employee shareholding system in our country.
