采用“固相酶电极法”(酶膜法)与动脉血血气、生化同步进行血乳酸检测。检测健康儿童250例为对照组。正常值((?)±SD)1.33±0.26mmol/L,因此高乳酸血症((?)+2SD)即≥1.85mmol/L。乳酸性酸中毒血乳酸值≥5mmol/L,PH(?)7.25。检测危重患儿120例各病种血乳酸值结果均有高乳酸血症或乳酸性酸中毒,并且乳酸值随着病情恶化而增高。蒙被综合征患儿显示血乳酸值增高伴有 AG 值上升和血 PH 值下降。作者强调危重患儿如能及时检测血乳酸,对其判断组织灌注不良或缺氧程度,估计预后及治疗,均有指导意义。
