2009年5月7日~5月15日,对椒江口海区水体中可培养异养细菌、有机磷细菌、无机磷细菌、反硝化细菌和氨化细菌的数量进行调查,分析上述各微生物类群的空间分布特征,并探讨5类细菌之间及与Chl a、DO、NO3-N、NO2-N、NH3-N、PO4-P的相关性。结果表明:椒江口春季水体中,可培养异养细菌数量介于(1.15~50.0)×105cfu/L,水平分布以入海口处为中心,向四周依次递减;无机磷细菌数介于(0.00~2.70)×105cfu/L,与PO4-P(r=0.635,p<0.05)和NO3-N(r=0.684,p<0.05)显著正相关,与DO显著负相关(r=-0.706,p<0.05);有机磷细菌数介于(0.10~9.30)×105cfu/L;反硝化细菌数介于(0.00~4.50)×105/L,与叶绿素a呈显著性负相关(r=-0.577,p<0.05);氨化细菌数[(0.25~25.0)×105/L]与异养细菌数量呈显著正相关(r=0.597,p<0.05)。
From May 7 to May 15, 2009, the quantities of heterotrophic bacteria, organophosphorus bacteria, inorganic phosphorus bacteria, denitrifying bacteria and ammonifying bacteria in the water of the Jiaojiang River estuary were investigated, and the above-mentioned microbial groups Spatial distribution characteristics and the relationship between five kinds of bacteria and Chl a, DO, NO3-N, NO2-N, NH3-N, PO4-P were explored. The results showed that the quantity of culturable heterotrophic bacteria in spring water ranged from 1.15 to 50.0 × 105cfu / L in Jiaojiang estuary, with the horizontal distribution centering on the mouth of the sea and decreasing gradually toward the periphery. The number of inorganic phosphorus bacteria ranged from 0.00 ~ 2.70) × 105cfu / L was significantly and positively correlated with PO4-P (r = 0.635, p <0.05) and NO3- 0.05). The number of organophosphorus bacteria ranged from 0.10 to 9.30 × 105 cfu / L. The number of denitrifying bacteria ranged from (0.00 to 4.50) × 105 / L and was negatively correlated with chlorophyll a (r = -0.577, p <0.05). The number of ammonifying bacteria [(0.25 ~ 25.0) × 105 / L] was positively correlated with the number of heterotrophic bacteria (r = 0.597, p <0.05).
