目的 :探讨性别和环境温度对小鼠急性重复缺氧耐受性的影响。方法 :在相同条件下 ,比较雌、雄小鼠 1 ,2 ,3,4次重复缺氧标准耐受时间 ;分别在 ( 5± 1 )℃、( 1 3± 1 )℃、( 1 8± 1 )℃、( 2 3± 1 )℃、( 2 8± 1 )℃时 ,进行急性重复缺氧实验。结果 :雌、雄小鼠 1~ 4次重复缺氧标准耐受时间无明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5) ;在 ( 1 3± 1 )℃、( 1 8± 1 )℃、( 2 3± 1 )℃、( 2 8± 1 )℃时第 1次缺氧耐受时间分别为 1 4,1 3,1 2 ,1 2 min,第 2 ,3,4次重复缺氧的耐受时间分别为其第 1次耐受时间的 3.2 ,5.7,6.6倍 ;2 .3,3.4,5.0倍 ;2 .2 ,3.1 ,3.6倍 ;1 .8,2 .2 ,2 .3倍。在 ( 5± 1 )℃时第 1次缺氧耐受时间为40 min,但无法观察 2 ,3,4次缺氧耐受时间。结论 :小鼠急性重复缺氧耐受性无性别差异 ;小鼠急性缺氧耐受性随环境温度的升高而降低。
Objective: To investigate the effect of gender and ambient temperature on acute repeated hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods: Under the same conditions, the standard hypoxia tolerance time of 1, 2, 3, 4 times repetitive hypoxia in female and male mice was compared. The time of hypoxia was respectively (5 ± 1) ℃, (13 ± 1) ℃, 1) ℃, (2 3 ± 1) ℃, (2 8 ± 1) ℃, acute repeated hypoxia experiments. Results: There was no significant difference in the standard duration of hypoxia between 1 and 4 times in female and male mice (P> 0.05) ± 1) ℃ and (2 8 ± 1) ℃, respectively, the first hypoxia tolerance time was 14,1,3,1,2 and 12 min respectively, and the second, third and fourth hypoxic tolerance time Respectively, the first tolerance time of 3.2, 5.7, 6.6 times; 2.3,3.4,5.0 times; 2.2 times, 3.1 times 3.6 times; 1.8,2.2 times, 2.3 times. At (5 ± 1) ℃, the first hypoxia tolerance time was 40 min, but the second, third and fourth hypoxia tolerance time could not be observed. CONCLUSION: There is no gender difference in acute hypoxia tolerance in mice. Acute hypoxia tolerance in mice decreases with the increase of ambient temperature.
