Recently, the incorporation of aliphatic epoxy resins, polyamide no. 89, carboxamide resins, polymers made of shale and polyethylene oxide into concrete compositions can improve the properties of concrete. So far, the Soviet Union has produced a wide range of water-soluble resins with different chemical compositions that have a significant effect on the setting time, degree of plasticization, hardening rate and compactness of concrete. In order to understand the mechanism of action of the resin on the cement system, the following physicochemical parameters can be used: the surface of the resin
