目的探讨视频+短信息互动宣教在乙肝疫苗接种健康教育中的应用效果。方法将乙肝疫苗接种者120例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,两组对象均按照0,1,6方案进行乙肝疫苗全程免疫接种。对照组行常规口头健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上,应用视频+短信息联合互动宣教。比较两组乙肝疫苗接种者的接种及时率、乙肝知识认知情况和自我管理能力及对接种过程的满意度。结果观察组接种及时率、乙肝知识认知和自我管理能力及对接种过程的满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在乙肝疫苗接种健康教育中,应用视频+短信息互动宣教方式,能有效提高接种者的接种及时率、乙肝知识认知和自我管理能力以及对接种过程的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of video + short message interactive education in health education of hepatitis B vaccination. Methods 120 cases of hepatitis B vaccine were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. All subjects were immunized with 0,1,6 hepatitis B vaccine in the whole course. The control group underwent routine oral health education, the observation group based on the control group, the application of video + text messages combined with interactive education. The duration of vaccination, the knowledge of hepatitis B, the ability of self-management and the satisfaction with the vaccination process were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of timely vaccination, knowledge of hepatitis B and self-management of hepatitis B and satisfaction with vaccination were significantly better in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the health education of hepatitis B vaccination, video + short message interactive education can effectively improve vaccination time and rate of vaccination, knowledge and self-management of hepatitis B and satisfaction with the vaccination process.
