客观合理地评价区域节水灌溉发展水平,对促进地区水资源利用和节水灌溉的发展具有重要现实意义。文章探讨采用多指标综合评价方法评价节水灌溉发展水平,通过建立节水灌溉技术发展水平指标,确定指标权重,评定评价指标分级标准,采用模糊综合评价模型对节水灌溉技术发展水平进行多层次、多指标和多因素的综合评判。以河南省为例,分区评价了其节水灌溉发展水平,表明全省的发展水平一般。
Objectively and reasonably evaluating the development level of regional water-saving irrigation is of great practical significance for promoting the utilization of water resources and water-saving irrigation in the region.
