On the eve of the opening of Comdex, Microsoft announced that its first handheld PC has embarked on the shelves of retailers across the country. This new type of personal digital “mate” will run on the new Windows CE operating system platform. Microsoft’s and World’s Milestones Microsoft has never been alone.
