通过对新工艺下B级船用开平板与传统B级船用中板厚度规格为[10,12]mm,[14,16]mm,[18,20]mm,[22,24]mm 4个组距的抗拉强度、屈服强度、拉伸性能和残余应力等力学性能进行比较分析,获得一系列试验结果。试验结果表明:B级开平板的纵横向抗拉强度与屈服强度指标均优于同等规格的B级中板;B级开平板纵向的伸长率高于横向的伸长率。纵横向力学性能的差异可能是由于纵横向变形程度不同造成的。
Through the new technology under the B-class ship open flat and the traditional Class B shipboard plate thickness specifications for the [10,12] mm, [14,16] mm, [18,20] mm, [22,24] mm 4 groups Tensile strength, yield strength, tensile properties and residual stress and other mechanical properties were compared to obtain a series of test results. The test results show that the longitudinal and transverse tensile strength and yield strength of B-type open flat plate are all better than that of B-class medium-sized flat plate of the same specification. The longitudinal elongation of B-flat open plate is higher than that of transverse flat. The differences of mechanical properties in vertical and horizontal directions may be caused by the different degrees of vertical and horizontal deformation.
