目的了解本院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法对本院收集的124例药品的不良反应,从患者的年龄、性别、引起ADR的药品种类、临床表现、给药途径等方面分别进行了汇总分析。结果 61岁以上的老年年龄组的ADR发生率最高,占40%;抗菌药物引起的不良反应例数最多,占46.8%;静脉滴注的给药方式最易引发,占91.1%。结论应加强ADR的报告和监测工作,为临床合理用药提供参考。
Objective To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital. Methods The adverse reactions of 124 drugs collected in our hospital were analyzed respectively from the aspects of patient’s age and sex, the type of drug causing ADR, clinical manifestation and route of administration. Results The incidence of ADR was the highest in the elderly group over 61 years old, accounting for 40%. The number of adverse reactions caused by antibiotics was the highest, accounting for 46.8%. The intravenous drip was the most easy to cause ADR, accounting for 91.1%. Conclusion The reporting and monitoring of ADR should be strengthened to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
