用二异丙基氟磷酸(DFP)控制的乙酰胆硷酯酶(AChE)活性的药物组织化学方法,研究衰老大鼠蓝斑核(LC)含AChE神经元胞体在被DFP抑制后重新产生AChE量的变化。对5只3个月龄和6只26月龄大鼠LC的AChE细胞,用图像分析仪测量细胞灰度(酶活性浅染或深染后的透光度),细胞数目及细胞大小。三种参数分别列表与图加以比较。结果,老年大鼠LC胞体产生AChE速率减低,AChE活性明显减弱,AChE细胞数显著减少,细胞截面积也变小。
The AChE activity of AChE was studied by using the histochemical method of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity controlled by diisopropylfluorophosphate (DFP). The amount of change.
