目的采用结构方程模型推断“感知有用”、“感知易用”、“感知收益”、“培训满意度”、“培训行为意向”之间的关系,得到乡村医生在岗培训行为意向模型。方法通过对山东省6个地市的407名乡村医生进行问卷调查,结合技术接受模型以及专业文献,建立初始模型,经过模型拟合与修正,获得乡村医生在岗培训“感知有用”、“感知易用”、“感知收益”、“培训满意度”、“培训行为意向”之间的关系。结果 “感知有用”与“培训满意度”是乡村医生在岗“培训行为意向”的直接影响因素;“感知易用”与“感知收益”只能通过作用于“感知有用”以及“培训满意度”来间接的影响“培训行为意向”。结论乡村医生在岗培训行为意向模型具有一定的科学性、合理性,在今后的乡村医生培训的工作中应重点加强培训的有用性、提高培训的满意度,同时注重培训的易用性与培训价值。
Objective To estimate the relationship between “sensory usefulness”, “perceived ease of use”, “perceived benefit”, “training satisfaction” and “training behavioral intention” using the structural equation model On-the-job training intention model of doctors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 407 rural doctors in 6 cities in Shandong Province. Based on the technical acceptance model and professional literature, the initial model was established. After the model fitting and revision, the on-the-job training for rural doctors was obtained. “Perceived ease of use”, “perceived benefit”, “training satisfaction”, “training behavior intention”. Results “perceived usefulness ” and “training satisfaction ” are the direct influence factors of rural doctor ’s “training behavior intention ” “perceived ease of use ” and “perceived benefit ”Perceived useful “ and ”training satisfaction “ to indirectly influence ”training behavior intention ". Conclusion The intention model of on-the-job training of rural doctors is scientific and reasonable. In the future training of rural doctors, the usefulness of training should be emphasized, the satisfaction of training should be enhanced, and the ease of use and value of training should be emphasized .
