偏光显微镜是研究晶体光学性质的工具,在木材解剖构造的研究中可用它来度量一些胞壁结构的特性。本文以马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb. )为材料,探讨应用偏光显微镜测定纤丝角的原理和方法。
Polarizing microscope is a tool to study the optical properties of crystals. It can be used to measure the properties of some cell wall structures in the study of wood anatomy. In this paper, Pinus massoniana Lamb. Was used to investigate the principle and method of determining the fibril angle with polarized light microscope.
