冻结法以其封水性好、强度高以及适应性强等优点被广泛应用,但冻结法施工风险大,是必须采用信息化施工的一种工法。以上海某轨交泵站施工为工程背景,介绍了在埋深大、周边环境复杂的情形下,采用信息化监测施工对冻结工程的作用。冻结施工过程中,通过采取对盐水液位、冻结温度以及沉降等一系列技术监测措施,有效地保证了冻结工程安全施工,为信息化监测技术在冻结施工方面积累了经验。
The freezing method is widely used because of its good sealing property, high strength and strong adaptability. However, the construction risk of freezing method is large and it is a method that must be used for information construction. Taking the construction of a pumping station in a rail transit station in Shanghai as the engineering background, this paper introduces the effect of using information to monitor the construction of freezing project under the conditions of large buried depth and complicated surrounding environment. During the construction of freezing, a series of technical monitoring measures such as salt water level, freezing temperature and settlement are adopted to effectively ensure the safe construction of the freezing project and accumulate experience in freezing construction for the information monitoring technology.
