我院1985～1987年7月对304例甲状腺机能亢进(以下简称甲亢)病人应用他巴唑治疗,其中26例病人出现胰岛素自身结合抗体,4例出现了明显的低血糖反应,说明胰岛素自身结合抗体的出现与服他巴唑有一定关系。为此分析讨论如下:
