9月29-30日,省中小学德育工作会议在湖举行。湖州市教育局局长朱鸿以《积极实施德育导师制,扎实推进未成年人思想道德建设》为题,对市教育局承担的2003年度省教育科学规划课题《对特别需要关爱的中学生实施德育导师制的实践与研究》成果(课题成果获2004年度省基础教育优秀科研成果一等奖)在大会上作了全面介绍。其成果的主要内容为:湖州市导师制的含义,即导师直接指导具体学生,根据学生的个性需求,承认学生个性差异,采取个性化、亲情化的教育方法,偏重于
