对观察≥12个月145例接受Norplant皮下埋植剂避孕妇女可接受性进行临床研究,结果表明:无一例妊娠,终止率17.24％,续用率82.76％;终止原因主要是月经问题,占10.35％,为终止人数的60％,月经问题随埋植时间延长而逐渐减少,在使用过程中血压,体重,血象无变化(P>0.05),无一例手术伤口感染。
The clinical study on the acceptability of 145 contraceptives receiving Norplant subcutaneous implants ≥12 months showed that: none of the pregnancies, the termination rate was 17.24%, the reutilization rate was 82.76%; the main reason for the termination was menstrual problems, accounting for 10.35 %, The termination of the number of 60%, menstrual problems with implant time and gradually reduce the use of blood pressure, weight, blood no change (P> 0.05), no case of surgical wound infection.
