采用还原熔炼方法处理DY10 5 -11富钴结壳得到富锰渣和熔炼合金 ,在还原剂焦粉配比为 9.5 % ,炉渣碱度 0 .2 9,熔分温度 13 60℃的优化条件下 ,Co、Ni等有价金属入合金率接近 10 0 % ,富集倍数达 5以上 ;Mn入渣率达 97.85 % ,渣含Mn3 2 .89% ,实现了Mn与Co、Ni等有价金属间的有效分离及富集 ,为进一步回收创造了较好的条件
