目的:纤维桩粘结过程中分别使用LuxaCore冠核材料(LuxaCore)和Paracem Universal DC(DC)树脂作为粘结剂,比较两者粘结效果的差异。方法:选用20颗新鲜拔除的单根前磨牙进行牙体预备,分别使用LuxaCore和DC作为粘结剂粘接纤维桩,电子力学试验机测试其固位力;扫描电镜观察两者粘接界面的差异;40例患者40颗牙应用LuxaCore和DC作为粘接剂进行纤维桩核冠修复,1年后复查,比较两者临床指标的差异。结果:两种粘结剂粘接的纤维桩固位力大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种粘结剂的纤维桩界面无明显差异;临床病例1年后复查,两种粘结剂的各临床指标无明显差异。结论:LuxaCore冠核材料对纤维桩的粘结效果与DC无显著性差异,可用于纤维桩的粘固。
OBJECTIVE: LuxaCore and Paracem Universal DC (DC) resin were used as binders in the bonding process of fiber post to compare the bonding effect between the two. Methods: Twenty freshly extracted single premolar teeth were selected for dental preparation. LuxaCore and DC were used as the bonding agent to bond the fiber posts respectively. The retentive force was measured by the electronic mechanical testing machine. The scanning electron microscopy 40 eyes of 40 patients were treated with LuxaCore and DC as the adhesive for the restoration of fiber post and core crown, and were reviewed after 1 year. The differences of clinical indexes between the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the retentive strength of the two kinds of adhesive bonded fiber posts (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two kinds of adhesives on the fiber post interface. The clinical cases were reviewed after 1 year, There are no significant differences between the clinical indicators of the cures. Conclusion: The bonding effect of LuxaCore crown material on the fiber posts is not significantly different from that of DC, which can be used for the cementing of fiber posts.
