目的:探讨视网膜振荡电位(oscillatory potentials, OPs)的频域和时域分析方法及其临床应用。方法:测定了61 例132 只早期糖尿病视网膜病变患眼和40 只正常对照眼的OPs,对OPs作快速富里叶变换得到OPs的频谱,比较早期糖尿病视网膜病变患眼和正常眼的OPs频域和时域各参数的改变。结果:早期糖尿病视网膜病变患眼OPs150~210 Hz平均频谱的幅度显著下降,第三和第四个子波的潜伏期显著延长,四个子波的振幅以及振幅总和均显著下降。结论:本研究所提供的方法可为临床早期诊断糖尿病视网膜病变提供新的有效客观指标。
Objective: To investigate the methods of frequency and time domain analysis of oscillatory potentials (OPs) and their clinical application. Methods: The OPs of 61 patients with early diabetic retinopathy and 40 normal control eyes were measured. The OPs spectrum was obtained by fast Fourier transform of OPs. The frequency of OPs in patients with early diabetic retinopathy and normal eyes was compared with that in normal eyes. Changes in time domain parameters. Results: The average spectrum amplitude of OPs150 ~ 210 Hz in patients with early diabetic retinopathy was significantly decreased, the latency of the third and fourth wavelets was significantly prolonged, and the amplitude and amplitude of the four wavelets were significantly decreased. Conclusion: The method provided in this study can provide new and effective objective indicators for early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.
