目的测定替加环素对肺炎支原体的抑菌浓度。方法收集患者呼吸道分泌物标本,通过实时定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和固-液交替培养法获取纯化肺炎支原体菌株,用微量肉汤稀释法测定抗生素的最抵抑菌浓度(MIC),选用四环素等药物作对比。结果共获取31株肺炎支原体,替加环素MIC_(50)为0.25μg·mL~(-1),MIC_(90)为0.5μg·mL~(-1),米诺环素MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)均为0.5μg·mL~(-1),四环素MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)均为0.5μg·mL~(-1)。结论替加环素对肺炎支原体有较好的抗菌效应,敏感性优于四环素和米诺环素。
Objective To determine the inhibitory concentration of tigecycline on Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods The samples of respiratory secretions of patients were collected. The purified Mycoplasma pneumoniae strains were obtained by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and solid-liquid alternation culture. The MIC of the antibiotics was determined by micro broth dilution method. Use tetracycline and other drugs for comparison. Results A total of 31 Mycoplasma pneumoniae isolates were obtained. MIC_ (50) of tigecycline was 0.25 μg · mL -1, MIC_ (90) was 0.5 μg · mL -1, minocycline MIC_ (50) , MIC_ (90) were 0.5μg · mL ~ (-1), tetracycline MIC_ (50), MIC_ (90) were 0.5μg · mL ~ (-1). Conclusion Tigecycline has a good antibacterial effect on Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and its sensitivity is better than that of tetracycline and minocycline.
