目的:对乌藤镇痛胶囊主要成分进行薄层鉴别,对其稳定性进行考察。方法:采用薄层鉴别法鉴别处方中的青风藤;采用恒温、恒湿加速试验和长期试验对3批乌藤镇痛胶囊的内控指标进行测定,考察其稳定性。结果:紫外分光光度法鉴别分离度好,专属性强;3个批号的乌藤镇痛胶囊结果均符合各项规定,有效期初定为1年。结论:所建立之方法鉴别乌藤镇痛胶囊准确可靠、专属性强,乌藤镇痛胶囊稳定性良好。 OBJECTIVE: To identify the main components of Wu Teng analgesic capsules and investigate its stability. Methods: Avena sativa was identified by TLC. The internal control indexes of three batches of Wu Teng analgesic capsules were determined by constant temperature and constant humidity accelerated test and long-term test to investigate the stability. Results: UV spectrophotometry identification of good resolution, specificity; three batches of ute analgesic capsules are in line with the provisions of the results, the effective period set at 1 year. Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reliable in identifying Wu Teng analgesic capsules, and its specificity is strong. Wu Teng analgesic capsules are of good stability.
