2010年9月30日上午,中华餐饮与世界美食高峰论坛在北京市民主党派和人民团体办公楼一层多功能厅隆重召开。这次高峰论坛在北京市商委支持下,由北京市侨联主办,北京中华厨皇协会承办,其目的是为了更好地弘扬中华传统饮食文化,发挥侨联侨胞的国际桥梁渠道作用,推进北京建设“世界城市”和首都餐饮国际化的发展进程,促进首都餐饮市场繁荣发展。
On the morning of September 30, 2010, the Catering and World Cuisine Summit was held ceremoniously in the multi-purpose hall on the first floor of the office building of Beijing’s democratic parties and people’s organizations. Under the support of Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce and Trade, this Summit Forum is hosted by the Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and hosted by the Chinese Association of Chinese Curators in Beijing. Its purpose is to better promote the traditional Chinese food culture and bring into play the role of an international bridge channel for overseas Chinese in overseas Chinese to promote Beijing’s construction “World City ” and the development of capital food and beverage internationalization, and promote prosperity and development of capital food and beverage market.
