目的 探讨支气管肺炎患儿红细胞免疫功能与T 细胞亚群的关系。 方法 红细胞酵母多糖花环法和APAAP 酶联法分别测定支气管肺炎患儿和正常对照组红细胞C3b 受体花环,红细胞免疫复合物花环,T 细胞亚群。 结果 肺炎患儿红细胞免疫功能降低,同时伴有CD3、CD4 细胞减少,红细胞免疫功能与CD8 细胞呈负相关。 结论 支气管肺炎患儿同时存在红细胞和T 细胞双重免疫功能障碍
Objective To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte immune function and T cell subsets in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods The erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette, erythrocyte immune complex rosette and T cell subsets of children with bronchopneumonia and control group were determined by erythrocyte zymosan rosette method and APAAP enzyme-linked method, respectively. Results In children with pneumonia, the immune function of erythrocytes was decreased, accompanied by the decrease of CD3 and CD4 cells and the negative correlation between erythrocyte immune function and CD8 cells. Conclusion Both children with bronchopneumonia have dual immune dysfunction of erythrocytes and T cells
