目的 观察心脏停搏液( 简称停搏液)预处理对大鼠离体心脏缺血性挛缩的发生及再灌注冠脉流量的影响。方法 选用SD大鼠离体Langendorff 逆行灌注模型,观察应用停搏液时心脏缺血性挛缩的发生时间和幅度以及再灌注心脏冠脉流量的改变。结果 停搏液预处理显著增加了心脏缺血再灌注期间的冠脉流量,显著延迟了缺血期间心肌挛缩的发生时间,并降低其幅度。结论 停搏液预处理减轻缺血心肌挛缩的程度,可能是其心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用的机制之一。
Objective To observe the effects of cardioplegia (cardioplegic solution) preconditioning on the occurrence of ischemic contracture and reperfusion coronary artery flow in isolated rat hearts. Methods The Langendorff model of retrograde perfusion in SD rats was used to observe the time and amplitude of ischemic contracture and the change of coronary flow in reperfusion myocardium. Results Cardioplegia pretreatment significantly increased coronary flow during cardiac ischemia-reperfusion, significantly delayed the onset of myocardial contracture during ischemia and decreased its amplitude. Conclusion Pretreatment with cardioplegic solution can reduce the degree of ischemic myocardial contracture and may be one of the mechanisms of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
