目的探讨输尿管息肉临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾输尿管息肉l9例患者临床资料及回访情况。结果手术治疗是唯一途径,可行输尿管镜手术或开放手术。结论该病不易诊断,但治疗效果明确。 Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of ureteral polyps. Methods The clinical data of 19 cases of ureteral polyps and their follow-up were retrospectively reviewed. Results Surgical treatment is the only way, feasible ureteroscopic surgery or open surgery. Conclusion The disease is not easy to diagnose, but the treatment effect is clear.
