继深圳富士康跳楼事件以来,国内越来越多的企业纷纷建立企业自己的员工关爱体系。不能否认的是,一些企业一哄而上,仅仅是停留在纸面上的关爱并不能真正满足员工的全面需求。这种关爱体系与其说是一种关怀,还不如说是为了赶一种“风潮”。企业如何有效满足不同员工的关怀需求?如何设计针对不同员工关怀措施呢?如何确保关怀措施的“对症下药”呢?笔者结合不同种类员工的关爱需求,管中窥豹,谈点个人粗浅的认识。
