房地产经济是我国国民经济中的重要产业经济。随着各地房价普遍提高,城市居民沦为“房奴”现象严重,国家为保障国民经济的健康发展发挥其宏观调控职能对房地产业进行干预。文章通过对我国房地产业经济的发展现状进行分析,以及国家为避免房地产业过热发展导致的泡沫经济对国民经济的影响推行的相关房地产业政策,以既要保障城市居民的基本住房条件,又要确保房地产业的健康稳定发展为调控目标,整合出房地产经济与国家宏观调控的关系,以及国家对房地产业发挥宏观调控的策略目标,促进我国房地产业健康稳定发展。
Real estate economy is an important industrial economy in our country’s national economy. With the general increase of housing prices in all parts of the country, the urban residents become “house slaves”, and the state plays a macro-regulatory role in safeguarding the healthy development of the national economy and intervenes in the real estate industry. Through the analysis of the real estate industry’s economic development in our country and the relevant real estate policies that the state promotes in order to avoid the influence of the bubble economy on the national economy caused by the overheated development of the real estate industry, it is necessary to protect the basic housing conditions of urban residents as well as To ensure the healthy and stable development of the real estate industry as a regulatory goal, the real estate economy should be integrated with the macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate industry as well as the strategic objective of giving macroeconomic control over the real estate industry so as to promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate industry in our country.
