我厂在修理蒸汽机车锅炉过程中,检修台周围布置了十几台电焊机,检修场地拖地电缆很多,生产极不安全。为此我们在电焊机输出端接线螺丝上,安装浙江省浦江电缆联接器厂D型设备联接器,将电缆埋在地下,分设四个集中输出点,八个出头,每个出头安装该厂电缆联接器A型插座,手把线缩短后装上LJ24型插头,即可施焊。焊机布置见图,这样改进有下列好处: (1)电焊工节省了在电焊机接线螺丝上拧紧手把线的工作;
