用选 1和越富两品种为材料研究了 2 0 %稻乳油对水稻秧苗素质的影响 ,结果表明 :1)有效成分 30 0 mg/ L 2 0 %稻乳油处理 ,两品种株高均受到抑制 ,但出叶速度加快 ,根冠比、根系活力和根系再生能力显著提高。与对照相比 ,处理的选 1秧苗叶片中叶绿素总量和可溶性蛋白质含量均显著增加 ,叶绿素 a/ b值提高。 2 ) 2 0 %稻乳油处理改变了秧苗内源激素的水平 ,降低了叶片、胚芽鞘和叶鞘中 GA4、IAA含量及 CTKs/ IAA值 ,提高了根系中 CTKs含量。 3)经 2 0 %稻乳油处理的秧苗移栽后无返苗期 ,最终单株分蘖数增加。试验表明 2 0 %稻乳油可全面改善秧苗素质 ,在培育水稻壮秧上有较好应用前景
