目前,我国的社会主义市场经济体制逐渐完善,市场化的经营运行模式逐渐占据了主要的地位。许多国有企业也开始了企业内部市场化管理模式的积极探索,但这其中的核心问题是这种管理模式创新能否和外部的市场经济环境有机融合。基于此,以大型的煤炭国有企业——兖矿集团为例,在对企业内部市场化管理的作用、特点、内容划分进行分析的基础上,探讨促进国有企业内部市场化管理的有效措施。
At present, the system of socialist market economy in our country is gradually being perfected. The market-oriented mode of operation and operation gradually occupies a major position. Many state-owned enterprises have also begun the active exploration of the internal marketization management mode in their enterprises. However, the core issue is whether such management mode innovation can be integrated with the external market economy environment. Based on this, taking Yankuang Group, a large-scale state-owned coal enterprise, as an example, this paper explores the effective measures to promote the internal marketization management of state-owned enterprises on the basis of analyzing the functions, characteristics and contents of the internal marketization management.
