为探讨当归有否延缓肌肉萎缩的作用,对大鼠坐骨神经造成SeddonⅡ类损伤并进行当归治疗。测定趾长伸肌肌重及丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,结果显示当归能显著延缓肌肉萎缩,并增加肌肉组织MDA、SOD的含量。其机理可能与当归促进肌肉血液循环改善代谢有关。
In order to investigate whether Angelica sinensis has a role in delaying muscle atrophy, Seddon II injury was induced in the sciatic nerve of rats and treated with Angelica. Extensor digitorum longus muscle weight and malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content were measured. The results showed that angelica can significantly delay muscle atrophy, and increase the content of MDA and SOD in muscle tissue. The mechanism may be related to the promotion of metabolism of muscle blood circulation by Angelica.
