目的研究棕树心的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析和理化性质鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果从棕树心95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:1,3-二羟基蒽醌(1),大叶茜草素(2),4-羟基-2,6-二甲氧基-苯甲酸(3),5-羟基-2-羟甲基-γ-吡喃酮(4),3,5-二羟基-2-甲基-γ-吡喃酮(5),3,5-二羟基-γ-吡喃酮(6),胡萝卜苷(7),对羟基苯甲酸(8),儿茶酚(9),β-谷甾醇(10)。结论 1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到,1~6为首次从棕榈属植物中分离得到。抗肿瘤体外活性筛选结果显示,化合物2对人骨肉瘤细胞株U20S、人神经母细胞瘤细胞株SY5Y均有一定的生长抑制作用,其IC_(50)值分别为18.10、26.59μg/ml;化合物5对人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7的生长有一定的抑制作用,其IC_(50)值为37.31μg/ml。
Objective To study the chemical composition of palm tree heart. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by spectral data analysis and physical and chemical properties identification. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified from 95% ethanol extract of palm tree core and identified as 1,3-dihydroxyanthraquinone (1), madder (2), 4-hydroxy-2,6- (3), 5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-γ-pyrone (4), 3,5-dihydroxy- , 3,5-dihydroxy-γ-pyrone (6), daucosterol (7), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (8), catechol (9) and β-sitosterol (10). Conclusion 1 ~ 7 was isolated from this plant for the first time, 1 ~ 6 was isolated from the genus Palmetto for the first time. The results of in vitro antitumor activity screening showed that compound 2 had certain growth inhibitory effects on human osteosarcoma cell line U20S and human neuroblastoma cell line SY5Y with IC 50 value of 18.10 and 26.59 μg / ml, respectively. Compound 5 Inhibit the growth of human breast cancer cell line MCF-7 with IC 50 value of 37.31 μg / ml.
