为迎合企业发展战略,企业必须将简单归档打磨成重要辅助工具,整理从传统事项到人力资源发展的各位文档。如何能更好的做好档案管理,并实现其标准化,从而获得并改善信息检索答复。据美国环境保护署称,正常使用的办公用纸仅占25%。另外75%的纸张主要用于可归档的参考书籍和档案库资料。文件整理过程称为档案管理,改善系统能带来更多益处。如果工作人员能更为娴熟地进行归档和档案检索,那么重大信息得以保护,生产力得以提高,最终营业成本降低。
In order to cater to the strategy of enterprise development, enterprises must archive simple archives into important aids and collate documents from traditional issues to human resource development. How to better manage archives and standardize them so as to obtain and improve information retrieval responses. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, only 25% of office paper is normally used. An additional 75% of paper is mainly for archival reference books and archives. Document consolidation is called file management and improving the system can bring more benefits.
