目的:研究D101型大孔树脂分离纯化野牡丹总黄酮的工艺。方法:以提取物中总黄酮含量为考察指标,通过试验研究确定大孔吸附树脂分离纯化野牡丹总黄酮的工艺参数。用紫外分光光度法测定野牡丹总黄酮含量,用HPLC法测定总黄酮水解后槲皮素的含量。结果:制得的野牡丹提取物中总黄酮含量为92.3%,槲皮素的含量为50.2%。结论:D101型大孔吸附树脂可用于分离纯化野牡丹总黄酮。
Objective: To study the technology of separation and purification of total flavonoids from wild Peony tree with D101 macroporous resin. Methods: The content of total flavonoids in the extract was taken as the investigation index, and the process parameters of purifying the total flavonoids of the wild tree peony by macroporous adsorption resin were determined by the experimental study. The content of total flavonoids in wild peony was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the content of quercetin in the total flavonoids was determined by HPLC. Results: The content of total flavonoids in the extracted wild peony extract was 92.3% and the content of quercetin was 50.2%. Conclusion: D101 macroporous resin can be used for the isolation and purification of total flavonoids of wild peony.
