为得出表征固体火箭发动机缺陷危害性影响因素的参数,统计归纳了其存在的各种缺陷,详细分析了脱粘、夹渣、气泡、裂纹等缺陷的形状特征、位置特征和灰度特征,通过灰度特征分析得出了缺陷周围灰度变化规律。分析了不同位置、不同表面积和不同走向的缺陷对固体火箭发动机造成的不同危害性影响,得出表征缺陷危害性影响因素的参数为缺陷的几何中心、缺陷的表面积、缺陷的最大直径长度、最大直径与轴向夹角。
In order to get the parameters that characterize the harmfulness factors of the solid rocket engine defects, various defects of the solid rocket engine defects were summed up. The shape, location and grayscale characteristics of debond, slag inclusion, bubble and crack were analyzed in detail. Through the gray characteristic analysis, we can get the change rules of gray around the defects. The effects of defects with different positions, different surface areas and different orientations on the different hazards of solid rocket motors are analyzed. The parameters that characterize the risk factors of defects are the geometrical center of defects, the surface area of defects, the maximum diameter of defects, and the maximum Diameter and axial angle.
