目的 :了解了中国新疆维吾尔族和湖北恩施地区苗族线粒体DNACOII tRNALys基因间小非编码区Ⅴ串联重复序列 9 bp缺失频率。 方法 :应用PCR及DNA序列分析技术。结果 :研究发现 ,80例新疆维族人中有 2例 (2 5 % )有mtDNA 9 bp缺失 ;4 7例湖北恩施地区苗族人中有 5例 (10 6 % )有mtDNA 9 bp缺失。 结论 :研究结果表明中国少数民族的维族、苗族人群中存在mtDNA 9 bp缺失多态性 ,而其缺失频率差别较大
OBJECTIVE: To understand the 9 bp deletion frequency of Ⅴ tandem repeats in small non-coding region of MNCs in Xinjiang Uygur and Hubei Province. Methods: PCR and DNA sequence analysis were used. Results: Two hundred and eight Xinjiang Uighurs were found to have mtDNA 9 bp deletion in 2 cases (25%). In 47 cases of Muxians in Enshi, Hubei, 5 cases (10 6%) had mtDNA 9 bp deletion. Conclusion: The results show that there is a 9 bp deletion polymorphism of mtDNA in the Uygur and Miao populations in China’s ethnic minorities, but the frequency of deletion is quite different
